This video introduces FitAI™, found under the footwear tab. It shows how to navigate the footwear section like a website and use FitAI™ Search to find the best shoes for each customer's foot profile, activity, and fit preference.

The video highlights how associates can search by activity, event, need, price, or fit rating; use filters for category, brand, and in-store availability; review recommended shoe size, fit score, and fit map; and identify the best orthotic match for the selected footwear.

Steps

• Open Albert and navigate to the Footwear Tab.
• Answer the fit preference prompt — Snug, Normal, or Roomy.
• Use FitAI™ Search, by typing or by voice, to search by activity, event, or need.
• Apply filters such as category, brand, color, and price.
• Toggle between In Store and View All to set the inventory scope.
• Review each shoe's recommended size and fit score in the results grid.
• Favorite shoes to build a shortlist for the customer.
• Open a shoe to review its fit map and best orthotic match.
• Use the fit map and orthotic match to help the customer choose with more confidence.
