This training video introduces the new Footwear Tab in Albert. It shows how associates can navigate the footwear experience like a website and use Fit AI Search to quickly find the best shoes for each customer’s unique foot profile, activity, and fit preference.

The video highlights how associates can search by activity, event, need, price, or fit rating; use filters for category, brand, and in-store availability; review recommended shoe size, fit score, and fit map; and identify the best orthotic match for the selected footwear.

Steps
• Open Albert and navigate to the Footwear Tab.
• Use Fit AI Search to search by activity, event, need, price, or fit rating.
