Connect the Zoe Scanner to the computer by following the installation instructions.
Video 1: Avoid the initial part of placing the scanner. Add the launch of zoe software screen
Video 2: Verification guide
After the scanner is connected:
- Open My Computer

- Open Device Manager

- Look for Cameras to confirm the scanner cameras are detected
After you launch the software, wait 90 seconds for the camera to calibrate.
Software Launch & Calibration
***You may see the Aetrex logo turn on and off on the scanner during this process.
The initial calibration takes approximately 90 seconds. If the calibration fails, the Recalibrate button will appear.
Click Recalibrate and step away from the scanner to allow the system to complete a full calibration. This process takes approximately 3 minutes.
During the full calibration, you may hear disconnect and reconnect sounds from the computer. This is normal. The software is performing a power reset of the hardware.
In rare cases, you may briefly see a camera disconnect pop-up for a few seconds. You may also see the Aetrex logo turn on and off during this process.
Camera 3–4 Error
If you see a camera error and it doesn’t disappear within a few seconds. Do not disconnect and reconnect the USB cables. This will not resolve the issue!
To fix the issue:

- Turn the scanner off
- Reconnect USB cables if required
- Wait for a few seconds
- Turn the scanner on.

Troubleshoot video 2: Include re-calibration/camera error, then steps. Remove real sense part. Voice doesn’t match the task manager display. Include a 3-finger swipe-down gesture in Zoe software.
