Standard Support: Scanner Repair, $0/month (default)

  • Aetrex Tech Support sends prepaid shipping label
  • Customer sends the scanner for repair to Aetrex using prepaid label
  • Aetrex Tech Support team repairs scanner upon receipt
  • Tech Support team sends repaired scanner back to customer
  • Process can take approximately 5-12 business days from receipt of damaged scanner to delivery of repaired scanner
  • If customer requires a box for shipping, box charge is $40+ shipping cost, charged to customer
  • All shipments are Ground
    Premium Support: Scanner Repair/Replacement Plan, $10/month


    • Tech Support will send a replacement scanner within 3-5 business days along with a prepaid label for shipping damaged scanner back to Aetrex
    • Bill and Credit - Customer will be invoiced for replacement scanner plus shipping and will be credited back after Aetrex receives and inspects the defective scanner 
    • Customer packages defective scanner (in original package or replacement box) and ships it back using the prepaid label
    • Tech Support will inspect and review the defective scanner for repair and damages 
    • If there is out of warranty damage done to the scanner, customer may be responsible for the coat of parts and labor
    FitAI: FitStarter & FitGenius Footwear Recommendations, $50/month, per scanner

    FitStarter: In-Store AI Footwear Recommendation Program
    • An accurate starting point to the FitGenius AI match-making platform
    • Utilizes AI to help retailers offer immediate shoe fitting solutions for their customers to help reduce returns and increase customer satisfaction
    • The platform custom recommends footwear to consumers based on their unique 3D foot scan and data collected from Aetrex's Fit Lab
    • The Fit Lab will perform an in-shoe fit characteristic analysis of a retailer's footwear collection twice per year
    FitGenius AI Platform: In-Store & Online Footwear Recommendation Platform
    • After accumulating 5,000 matching data points, as defined by being able to match a 3D foot scan to an in-store footwear purchase, the store will have the option to upgrade their FitStarter program to FitGenius
    • The FitGenius software utilizes AI to match a consumer's unique 3D foot profile and fit preference data with other individuals with highly similar profiles
    • It then custom recommends footwear to the consumer based on the in-store purchase history of those other indivuals
    • FitGenius may also be integrated into a retailer's e-commerce platform
    Includes Customer Success Support to get up and running & trouble-shoot as needed
